Rules

CallerHub is a marketplace for lawful calling work: sales, appointment setting, research and support. Ten rules, cited by number when staff remove something. Breaking 2, 3 or 6 ends the account on the first offence.

  1. Lawful work only

Every listing has to be legal where the caller sits and where the person answering sits. If the work would be illegal in either place, it doesn’t belong here.

  2. No impersonation

Callers say who they are and which company they call for. Nobody poses as a bank, a government office, a delivery firm, tech support or any company they don’t have a contract with.

  3. Never collect credentials, codes or payment details

No listing may ask callers to obtain passwords, one-time or verification codes, card numbers, bank logins, wallet phrases or remote access to a device. Payment questions go to a link the customer opens themselves.

  4. Consent and do-not-call lists

Consumer calls go only to people who agreed to be contacted. Business calls go to lawful B2B lists. Scrub against the do-not-call registers that apply, and state where your leads came from in the listing.

  5. Honest scripts

No invented urgency, fake prizes, false debts or threats. If a person says no, the call ends. Callers may refuse any script they think breaks these rules, and staff will back them.

  6. The Numbers board

    • +888 numbers change hands through Fragment only.
    • VoIP numbers come from licensed carriers, with business KYC, and show the real caller ID.
    • No SIM-registered numbers, numbers for receiving verification texts, bulk account creation, recycled numbers or caller ID spoofing.
    • Every numbers deal goes through staff escrow.
  7. Deals and vouches

Pay what the listing promised, on the day it promised. Vouches are written by the other side after a closed deal; trading or buying vouches removes them and the reputation they gave.

  8. One account per person

Accounts, tiers and reputation can’t be sold, shared or transferred. Companies with several staff on the board use one account each.

  9. Paying doesn’t buy exceptions

Promoted listings and paid tiers follow the same rules. A removed listing loses its promotion, and a banned account loses its tier.

  10. Enforcement

Staff remove listings, freeze escrow and close accounts. Where the law requires it, we pass details to the authorities. If you see something wrong, report it to staff in the Lounge or by private message.
